  1. Brings up the Help dialog box.

NOTE:  You may get help for most QuickMail features by pressing command-? or by holding down the command, shift, and option keys as you click on a button, window or menu item.  The cursor will change into a question mark to indicate that help is available.  If you click on an object with the Question Mark cursor, the Help Dialog box will appear with specific information about the object already displayed.
